Free US shipping on orders of $200 or more

1. Where we ship

1.1 We ship within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. We do not ship to freight forwarders, parcel-forwarding services or any other intermediary for onward export.

1.2 We may decline to ship to any address at our discretion, including where an address is associated with prior fraud, with a delivery dispute, or with an attempt to circumvent Section 1.1.

1.3 You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter. Where a shipment is returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete or undeliverable, we will reship once you pay the second shipping charge or refund the order less the original shipping charge, at your election.

2. Order processing and shipping times

2.1 When the clock starts. Processing time runs from our receipt of a properly completed order, which means both cleared payment in a form we accept and all order information we need to process and ship it. An order held for payment authorization, address verification or fraud review is not a properly completed order until that review clears.

2.2 Processing and shipping times. Orders typically process within 1 business day and ship within 2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. If we cannot ship an order within thirty (30) days of receipt of a properly completed order, Section 3 applies.

2.3 Business days. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders completed after our daily cut-off are processed the following business day.

2.4 Account approval. An order will not ship until the research account attached to it is approved. Where approval is pending we will tell you. The delay provisions in Section 3 apply from the date the order was completed.

3. If we cannot ship on time

3.1 If we cannot ship within the time in Section 2.2, we will notify you before that time expires, without you having to ask and we will offer you the choice of consenting to a delay or canceling the order for a prompt refund. The notice will state a definite revised shipping date.

3.2 Revised date within thirty days. Where the revised date is thirty days or less after our original commitment, you will be taken to have consented to the delay unless we receive your rejection and cancellation before we ship and before the revised date passes.

3.3 Revised date beyond thirty days, or no date. Where the revised date is more than thirty days after our original commitment, or where we cannot give a definite revised date at all, your order is automatically canceled and refunded unless either we ship within thirty days of the original commitment and have received no cancellation before shipment, or you tell us within those thirty days that you specifically consent to the delay. Silence cancels the order. You do not have to do anything.

3.4 If we miss a revised date. If we cannot ship by a revised date you consented to, we will again offer you the choice of consenting to a further delay or canceling for a prompt refund, on the same terms.

3.5 How to cancel, at our expense. You may cancel at any time before shipment by replying to any notice we send or by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Canceling costs you nothing. We will never require you to use a paid channel, to call a toll number, or to give a reason.

3.6 When we must cancel and refund. We will treat an order as canceled and refund it promptly where you cancel before shipment; where Section 3.3 operates; where we cannot ship by a revised date and have not received your consent to a further delay; where we tell you we will not ship; or where we failed to send you the notice required by Section 3.1 and have not shipped within the time in Section 2.2.

4. Refunds for orders that do not ship

4.1 Where an order is canceled under Section 3, we refund the full amount you paid, including shipping, to the original payment method. We issue the refund within seven (7) working days of the date your right to it arises.

4.2 This right is separate from, and is not limited by, the Refund and Returns Policy. Restrictions on returning delivered goods do not apply to an order that never shipped. Nothing in any document reduces the right in this Section.

5. Carriers, cost and tracking

5.1 We ship by common carrier. The services available to your address, their transit estimates and their cost are shown at checkout once the address is entered. Orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax) ship free and free shipping applies automatically at checkout. We charge the actual shipping cost incurred, with no handling, processing or surcharge added.

5.2 Transit estimates are the carrier’s, not ours. They are estimates, not guarantees.

5.3 We email a tracking number when a shipment leaves us. Tracking can take up to one business day to show movement. If tracking has not updated for five consecutive business days, contact us.

5.4 Multiple shipments. Where an order ships in more than one parcel, we charge shipping once, on the first parcel. We email separate tracking for each. You are not billed again for the later parcels.

6. Risk, handling and storage

6.1 Delivery is FCA our shipping point (Incoterms 2020). Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the carrier takes possession. Sections 7 and 8 set out what we do anyway when a shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

6.2 Storage requirements for each product are stated on its label and in its certificate of analysis. From delivery onward, meeting them is your responsibility. We are not liable for degradation caused by conditions after delivery, including a parcel left in heat or cold at the delivery address.

6.3 We do not ship a temperature-sensitive product where the available transit time would exceed the window its packing method holds.

7. Lost shipments

7.1 We treat a shipment as lost where tracking has shown no movement for seven consecutive business days, or where the carrier confirms loss.

7.2 Report a suspected loss within fifteen (15) calendar days of the last tracking scan. We will open a carrier claim and will replace or refund the order once the claim resolves, or sooner at our discretion.

7.3 Marked delivered but not received. Check with others at the address and with your local carrier depot first, because parcels marked delivered frequently surface within two business days. If it has not after three business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

8. Damaged or short shipments

8.1 Report visible damage or a shortage within ten (10) calendar days of delivery, which is the inspection period set by Section 7.1 of the Terms of Sale.

8.2 Keep the outer packaging and all inner packing material until the claim is closed, and send photographs of the outer box, the inner packing, the product and any label or lot number.

8.3 Where we confirm damage or shortage, we will replace the affected items or refund them, at our option. We cover any return shipping we ask you to arrange.

9. Customs and regulatory events

9.1 Because we ship domestically, no customs duty arises on your order.

9.2 Our inventory may be subject to detention, refusal, seizure or destruction by a customs or regulatory authority before it reaches us. That is an event beyond our reasonable control. Where it affects your order, we will notify you and will cancel and refund the order in accordance with Sections 3 and 4.

10. Signature and collection

10.1 We do not require a signature on delivery by default. You may request signature confirmation before your order ships, at the carrier’s published cost.

10.2 Where a signature is required and nobody is available, the carrier’s own redelivery, hold and collection rules apply, and its disposal timeline governs.

11. Records

We retain order, fulfilment, notice and refund records for five years.
