These terms govern the Mavericks Aminos partner program. They form an agreement between you and Mavericks Aminos LLC (“Mavericks Aminos”, “we”, “us”). You accept them by checking the box on the partner application. Questions go to [email protected].
1. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 21 years of age and a United States resident with a bank account enrolled in Zelle. Every application is reviewed by hand. We may decline any application without giving a reason. Each person may hold one partner account.
You may not refer yourself, anyone in your household or a business you control. Orders placed through your own link earn no commission.
2. Research use
Everything Mavericks Aminos sells is supplied for laboratory research use only. No product is a drug, a dietary supplement or a cosmetic. No product is tested or authorized for administration to humans or animals by any route. You must never represent a product as anything else.
3. Content standards
These rules apply to every post, page, video, message and profile that carries your link or mentions Mavericks Aminos. You must not:
- claim or suggest that any product treats, cures, prevents or mitigates any disease or condition, or affects the structure or function of the body, including weight, muscle, recovery, sleep, cognition, appearance, sexual function or longevity;
- give, link to or ask for dosing, reconstitution, injection, stacking, cycling or administration information;
- publish personal use accounts, before and after images, testimonials or reviews describing use;
- refer to a product by the name of any approved drug or drug brand, or compare a product with one;
- use research phrasing that implies a benefit, such as “studied for fat loss” or “researched for recovery”;
- send unsolicited email, text messages or direct messages;
- bid on “Mavericks Aminos” or close variations in paid search, or register a domain name or social handle containing the name;
- post your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or pass any part of your commission back to a buyer;
- direct any content to people under 21.
You may describe products by composition, sequence, purity, testing results and storage conditions. You may link to the catalog, product pages and the published certificates of analysis.
We may ask you to edit or remove any content at any time. You must do so within 48 hours of the request.
4. Disclosure
The FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255, require you to disclose your connection to Mavericks Aminos clearly and conspicuously. Place the disclosure next to the link in every post, in plain words such as “I earn a commission on orders placed through this link.” A disclosure only on a profile page or behind a “more” link is not enough.
5. Commissions
You earn 10 percent of the product subtotal of each qualifying order, after discounts and excluding shipping, taxes and fees.
A qualifying order is placed within 30 days of the buyer’s most recent click on your link, is paid in full and is not cancelled, refunded or charged back. When a buyer has clicked more than one partner link, the most recent click receives the credit.
Referrals are tracked with a cookie. An order may not be credited if the buyer blocks or clears cookies, switches devices or browsers, or arrives through another partner’s link. We have no obligation to credit an order our system did not attribute to you.
We may change the commission rate on 14 days’ notice by email. A change never reduces a commission already earned.
6. Pending period and payment
Each commission stays pending for 30 days after the order is completed, which matches the return window in our Refund and Returns Policy. A commission on an order that is cancelled, refunded or charged back during or after that period is rejected or reversed against future payouts.
We pay approved commissions once a month by Zelle to the email address in your partner account, generally within 15 days after the end of the month. Keep that address current. A payment sent to the address on file is final.
You are responsible for your own taxes. We may require a completed Form W-9 before paying and may issue a Form 1099 where the law requires it.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end your participation at any time by email. We may suspend or close your account immediately if we believe you broke these terms or if referred traffic or orders appear fraudulent. In that case unpaid commissions are forfeited. If your account closes for any other reason, approved commissions earned before closure are paid in the next monthly cycle.
8. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship. You may not make promises or statements on behalf of Mavericks Aminos. You may use our name only to identify the products you link to. You may not use our logo without written permission.
9. Responsibility for your content
You are responsible for everything you publish. You agree to indemnify Mavericks Aminos against claims, penalties and costs arising from your content or from your breach of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for tracking failures outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms on 14 days’ notice by email. Continuing in the program after that date accepts the update.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts for St. Louis County, Minnesota.
